Bhuna Masala Chicken Wings Recipe

  • 1/2 kg chicken wings
  • 2 onions finely julienned
  • 3 tomatoes cut
  • 1 capsicum finely julienned
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic glue
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red stew powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 3 dry red stew
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 container water
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp refined oil
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil


1.Marinate the chicken wings.

2.Shower the chicken wings with olive oil. At that point include ginger-garlic glue, turmeric powder, bean stew powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder, salt to taste and back rub the chicken wings gently.

3. Warmth up the dish and sprinkle with one tsp oil and singe the wings in it, add salt to taste.

For bhuna masala:

1.Warmth up the container and sprinkle it with 1 tsp of oil and include dry red bean stew, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.

2.Saute it delicately. At that point blend chicken wings with the bhuna masala.

3.Include onions and saute it till brilliant brown.

4.Include tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. At that point include sugar, water, lime and capsicum and let it cook away for 2-3 minutes more.

5.Sprinkle slashed coriander leaves to embellish.
