INGREDIENT

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 5 tsp coriander powder
  • 3 tsp bean stew powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt – according to taste
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 4 tsp ginger glue
  • 4 tsp garlic glue
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 vast onions
  • 6 green chillies
  • 3 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 10 – 13 curry clears out

METHOD

1.Clean the chicken and make a couple of openings in both sides.

2.Mix 1 tsp garam masala, coriander powder, stew powder, turmeric, pepper powder with 2 tsp garlic and 2 tsp ginger glue. Make a smooth paste.

3.Marinate chicken in this glue both inside and outside for a hour.

4.Heat the oil. Broil the cut onion, green crisp, curry leaves till onion progresses toward becoming brown.

5.Add staying ginger and garlic glue and garam masala.6.Add hacked tomato (little cuts). Mix it till oil clears.

7.Add soya sauce and place the chicken.

8.Add 1/2 glass water.

9.Cover the griddle and bubble it.

10.Remove the cover a few times and transpose the sides till the chicken is brilliant and broiled.
